Weigh-in: Week 65

I write this late on a Monday night, partly out of disappointment and partly out of a sheepish admittance of failure.  This wasn't a great week.  I was fairly stressed and my eating and lack of formal exercise suffered.  I gave back a little ground and kick myself for giving anything back, no matter how small.


The weekly number rose by 1.2 lbs, bringing me back up to 261.6.  I was so frustrated with myself that I didn't make note of the body fat or water weight figures.  I now have about 45 lbs., plus or minus, to lose before I can undergo surgery for the skin removal.  It seems like such a large undertaking, but I've come too far to chuck it all in.  Back at it.  Like Miss Scarlet said, tomorrow is another day.

Breakfast ~ Coffee
Lunch ~ A turkey burger on 1/2 of a whole wheat bun and cole slaw
Dinner ~ Rotisserie chicken and a salad
Exercise ~ none
