Weigh-in: Week 53

Down and dirty this week.  Just the facts.  Not an auspicious start to the second year of TDT195.  I gained a slight amount this past week.  The fact that I can fluctuate a few pounds even throughout any given day, I am not too worried about it.  My mid-term goal is to get down to 240 by June 22nd.  I'll speak to that in Wednesday's blog.  The scale shows the 0.6 lb. increase to 273.  The water and body fat percentages are in a dead heat at 41.8% each.

What I ate today and how I exercised:
Breakfast ~ Egg McMuffin and coffee
Lunch ~ Left over filet mignon pizzaiola
Dinner ~ Left over orange ginger salmon over a nice salad (shown here)
Exercise ~ none
